Packing & Forwarding Policy

  1. We take great care in delivering your products to you at Mycotrix, and we only work with reputable national couriers. Packing and forwarding charges are extra. 
  2. We make every effort to ship all orders received before 5 p.m. on the same business day. Disruptions may occur during peak periods or due to courier partners unavailability.
  3. Our courier partners will be able to deliver the shipment to you between the hours of 9 a.m. and 3 p.m., Monday through Saturday. Public holidays and Sundays are not considered working days. Delivery times are subject to factors beyond our control, such as unexpected travel delays from our courier partners and transporters caused by weather and strikes.
  4. It is the responsibility of the customer to provide an accurate shipping address. We are not liable for incorrectly entered, changed, or corrected shipping addresses.
  5. You will receive an email confirmation when your package ships.
  6. We will be able to accept order change or cancellation requests at any time before packing and shipping your order if you send us an email with your order number and requested change to hello@mycotrix.com. We are unable to cancel or change orders once they have left our warehouse for delivery.
  7. Please keep in mind that we do not guarantee a delivery time or service. We are not responsible for the delivery of a customer package once it has left our facility.
